Chris Sailer, Cezar Mansour, & Tony Yousif caught 1 striped marlin & 5 mahimahi
We left the harbor right on time in 5-15 kph trades. We headed to a buoy with no strikes on the way. We got to the buoy, baited, and got four mahimahi on our first pass. We landed them all and came back and got two more strikes. We landed one more mahimahi, the other got away. The bites shut down and it was time to head in. On our way to the harbor both outriggers slammed. We had two marlins on. One popped off and Cezar landed the other. It was a striped marlin that weighed in at 69 pounds, putting Cezar on our top angler scoreboard for 2014. Way to go! Tuesday was both Cezar's and Captain Steve's birthday. A nice belated gift and a super end to an already great day. It was a pleasure fishing with you all, and hope to see you again. Aloha, Scot, Hunter, & Captain Steve

We left the harbor at 5:30 am in 10-20 kph trades. We headed to a buoy with no strikes on the way. We baited up at the buoy and lost our first two baits. We came back and hooked two mahimahi, landing them both. We continued baiting and caught another mahimahi. We were also jigging while baiting. The kids learned fast and were landing skipjack and yellowfin tuna one after another. Paul did a great job teaching, and helping reel. We caught three more mahimahi and another dozen skipjack. No bites on the way in, but we are all eating mahimahi tonight. Great fishing everyone! Aloha, Scot, Hunter, & Captain Steve.

We left the harbor right on time in 15-20 kph trades. We headed to a buoy with no bites on the way. We came in with bait at the buoy and took a double strike. We landed one mahimahi, and the other one got away with our bait. We made another pass, took another double mahimahi strike, and landed them both. We hooked and landed another mahimahi, then took another double mahi strike. We landed one right away, the other one put up a good fight, but Craig landed it. It weighed in at 32 pounds and was our biggest mahimahi of the day. Way to go Craig! We landed one more mahimahi, then headed to another buoy. At the next buoy we hooked a couple yellowfin but lost them. We hooked another yellowfin and Mike reeled in a nice 33 pounder. Way to go Mike! Nothing else was biting so we tried jigging and caught two smaller yellowfin and two skipjack tuna. No bites on the way in, but a nice catch and a great day of fun. It was a pleasure fishing with you again, and look forward to your next trip out. Aloha, Scot, Hunter, & Captain Steve

We left the harbor at 5:30am in 15-25 kph trades. We ran into a school of mahimahi on the way to the buoy. We took a double hit trolling, landed them both, then baited up and landed several more. We trolled by the buoy with no bites. We baited up and started catching mahimahi. By the second pass we had 5 on line at once and landed them all. We had plenty of hot mahi action, with several doubles and triples. No bites on the way home, but we all know what's for dinner. Alright! Awesome fishing guys! Hope to see you again. Aloha, Scot, Hunter, & Captain Steve

We left the harbor right on time in 10-20 kph trades. We headed to a buoy, baited up but no bites. We headed to another buoy and right away had a double hookup. Katie and Joe each reeled in a nice mahimahi. We circled back and caught another mahimahi. Then we made another pass and took a triple mahimahi hookup, landing all three. We had one more bite, but it came oft. No bites on the way in, but a fun day of fishing. Congratulations to Joe and Katie on their recent marriage. Great fishing! Hope to see you again. Aloha, Scot, Hunter, and Captain Steve.
