Logan Snyder, Cory Tobias, and Hilary Sholin caught 1 shark 2 shibi and some aku
We got going at 4:30 on this day of 15 kph trades going to my old favorite buoy. we got some small aku and ran 2 live. Sharks ate the back half off both of them real fast. When we baited Scot hooked up 2 nice sized shibi on bait. Hilary got the big one. Then we set up and trolled outside and went to a different buoy. We got a few small shibi, then a shark ate one of our baits and Logan got to reel it in. No hits on the way in. In the harbor all these folks were game to eat eyeballs, I like it. They did great today. Aloha Capt Rusty

James Doss, Joshua Doss, Patrick Tullos, and Oscar Tullos caught 1 shark and some shibi
We got going at 4:30 on this day of 15 kph trades going to my old favorite buoy. When we baited Scot hooked a shark on 60 and Joshua got a great fight reeling it in and we tagged it and let it go. Then we got some shibi on bait. Then we set up and trolled outside looking for some ahi. We were in the right area, we saw porpoise, birds, and a boat that was hooked up, but could not get a strike. We worked the ledge looking for an ono, but no hits. In the harbor only James was up for an eyeball, good going. Aloha Capt Rusty

Ken and Unicorn Nearhoff, and Mike Buglione caught 1 shark and 1 shibi and some small aku
We got going at 4:30 on this day of 20 kph trades going to my old favorite buoy. No trolling hits, so we jigged and put out 2 live aku. Very soon after puting them out a shark ate an aku as we reeled it in, Scot dropped out bait back and the shark ate it. Ken got to fight it and had it to the boat in about 8 minutes, we tagged it and let it go. Then we baited and caught some small shibi and aku. It took several passes before Scot hooked a bigger shibi, and Mike reeled it in. We set up and trolled outside, no hits till we got on the ledge and we had an ono hit but it came off. In the harbor the fish got to keep their eyes today. These folks did great today, good going. Aloha Capt Rusty

Tony Eidson, Kristin Jonsson, and Bobby Eidson caught 2 sharks and 11 shibi for a fun day
We got going at 4:30 on this day of 15 kph trades going to my old favorite buoy. No hit so we jigged and put out 2 live baits. It was not too long before a shark ate an aku as we reeled it in, then we had one hookup on a wire and one more on 80 pound test. Tony got to reel in the one on 80, that was a great battle. We got both of them to the boat and tagged and released them. Then we baited and the bigger shibi came up, Scot got 3 on two times in a row. It was some wild action for awhile there. Back in the harbor only Bobby was bold enough to eat an eye out of a big shibi, good going. These folks did great on all these fish today. Aloha Capt Rusty

We got going at 5:00 on this day of 20 kph trades going to my old favorite buoy. No hits trolling so we jigged and put out 2 live baits. Mark got a big shibi on a clark spoon, that was a good fight. Later in the day Scot hooked up some bigger shibi on bait, and a small mahi too.
