Rusty & Scott,

We woke up today (the morning after) wishing we were back on the Kuuloa Kai headed to the bouy, but today is "going home day."  We watched the video we took as soon as we got the the hotel and every bit was great--the whales, the sharks, and the fishing.  This was our third fishing trip on the Islands and the first time with any success.  You guys were absolutely great and you knew how to make it fun for all of us.

For everyone else reading this--Rusty and Scott are the real deal!  Don't waste your time and money going anywhere else.

Aloha!  Still feeling that eyeball, but looking forward to our next trip on the Kuuloa Kai.

Bob, Beth, Alex and Andrew.

We want to thank you for the great time and a very successful fishing trip.  We appreciate your professional courtesy and expertise in finding exactly what we wanted.  We also thank you for providing the bucket.

And remember to leave bananas at home.

Captain Rusty & Scott proved to us that Super fishing in a dog month (February)can still be had. The boat raised us some great lite tacke sport with ahi to 26lb. ,spearfish, Mahi and Aku. Lve bait (opelu) drew some fish we were not able to land...came unbutton ...and some that made the trip to Honolulu. Spooky when the opelu start running back to the boat.

It took me two hour to finish one sandwich and a coke....take a bite ...catch a fish...try take another...hanapaa again....clean up...take a bite...etc.

If you got folks visiting I recomend these guys for a great family fishing trip... I going to try again in summer.

Rusty and Scot,

I looked up your sight since my friend is coming over for a week, and wanted to do some fishing. We fished with you in May of 2003.  One the BEST deep sea trips I have ever had. I still think of how happily tired my arms were.  Especially after the 72 pound Shibi.  :)  You two are the best, and I can't wait for my next trip across the pond..  Tight lines and flat sea's..

Rusty/Scott,

WOW!!!  You took us out on November 19, 2007, and showed us the time of our lives.  We had never done anything like this before, and you know have us "hooked".

Your professionalism and helpfulness for us first timers was just absolutely incredible and appreciated.

We highly recommend you to our friends and family, and hope to be back soon.

Melvin and I will never forget the look on Dad's face when he landed his "BIG" Mahi Mahi.  Dad is still talking (bragging) about it!!!!

Thanks for making our trip so spectacular.

Melvin, Kristi, & Bill Harrison

I have fished from Alaska to the Florida Keys with many guides, but you guys were the most hospitable crew I have had the pleasure of fishing with. My son John and I had a great trip with plenty of action.  Thumbs up to Capt Rusty and Scott.

Hi Rusty and Scot,

thanks again for this spectacular fishing trip! If anyone out there knows the books and stories of Joe Brooks, this adventure would have been worth one final chapter. Not only did both guys a phantastic and professional job, they also introduced me to Mr. 12 ft tiger shark - what a majestic animal. Later that day, I felt like I was daydreaming when we broke my records of the "heaviest fish I've ever caught" over and over again. First with a 30 lbs wahoo, then a lot heavier bigeye tunas weighing from 40 to 80 lbs. I will always remember this adventure with you and wish you all the best for the future.

Aloha,
Dieter

Dang man,
You are having the life.
I should never have left Hawaii when I got out of the 25th.
Someday. I'll get back there. I'll be needing your boat for a full day when I do.
Happy Hooking...
Pinhead.
